How Far,..

After the colonial year, I felt like I lost touch with the style I had. I look at it as a good thing, now I can rethink and evaluate what I want to wear and what I want others to see me as on first appearance. But every time, the question "How far?" always goes through my head. Is there a point where I could be over doing it?

  • How far does a person go, in being pure?
  • Can a person ever be too Pure?
  • Does wearing skirts knee length or longer make you more pure?
  • Or is that just being modestly feminine?
  • What about long hair?
  • Is it okay to cut it short?
  • What about starting a new?
  • Would cutting it then be fine?
  • There are so many opinions, what does a person choose?
  • What direction do I want to go?
  • What direction should I go in?
I know I'm not going to get all or any of these answers right away probably, but I believe that if I wait and continue doing what I feel lead to do, they will come, and I will know in my heart.
I've already decided that I want my clothes to be a little plain, not with lots of designs or sparkles. Simple designs are fine, like calm stripes or a clam plaid. I also want the material its made out of to be more natural than not. And I want it all to be on the country girl side. :)
I know there are a few articles of clothing that don't fit into my new wardrobe plan and will have to go! :)
I'll tell you how it goes!

Those might be some good things to discuss on Sisterstogether if you'd be interested! :-) It'd be kind of interesting to hear the other girls thoughts on those subjects! :-)

Definitely things to ponder, but essentially what I think matters is what's in year heart. What are your motives. Why did you cut your hair, or why do your were long skirts, or short skirts. There are wrong reasons to do pretty much anything.
